Northern Grampians Shire Council is excited to showcase the six businesses in Stawell that participated in the pilot Shopfront Improvement Program. The program was funded by council with contributions from the businesses. It was established to assist businesses within Stawell to improve the vibrancy of individual shops, stimulate economic growth, and enhance the overall look and feel of the town.

The program was delivered successfully as a pilot program to businesses on Main Street, Stawell. See two of the businesses before and after images below. 

To deliver this program, council engaged retail design consultants, Pop Creative Collective, who worked with individual business owners to enhance the presentation of their shopfronts. This included professionally-designed business branding, updated signage, visual merchandising for window displays, and other general improvements, depending on the unique needs of each participating business.
