Attending playgroup is a great way for children to develop important social skills at a young age. We encourage parents with young children to come along so that your child can access fun learning opportunities and play in a safe environment with other youngsters. Attending playgroup with your child also offers the opportunity to relax with a cuppa, have a chat and make new friends. As you will see below, there are several playgroups available within Northern Grampians Shire. If you would like further information about a particular service, please contact the playgroup you are interested in or just pop-in and join a session.
Playgroup caters for children from birth to school age.
There are weekly craft activities provided for children as well as term excursions.
Parents are expected to supervise their own children. Come along, have a cuppa and chat with other parents while you are here.
Playgroup is run by a committee of involved parents. There is no pressure to get involved on this level, but you are most welcome to do so if you wish.
We love to see new faces at playgroup, we look forward to seeing you and your young ones for a few hours of fun, learning and friendship!
