Phone: Councillors have provided their mobile telephone numbers on their individual pages and welcome your call.

Email: An email address councillor@ngshire.vic.gov.au has been set up that redirects your emails to council's Records Team for registration before distribution to the Executive Assistant to action. This includes directly informing councillors, registering operational matters and requests for service into our customer request system and providing individual responses from the Mayor or CEO. Councillors are notified of all emails received and responses provided via their weekly bulletin.

Mail: Any hard copy mail can be hand delivered to staff at the Town Hall or mailed to PO Box 580 Stawell 3380 for distribution to councillors.
