Vaughan Williams

Vaughan commenced working with Northern Grampians Shire Council in April 2005.

Vaughan has overall responsibility for corporate service functions. These include:

Customer experience
Finance and reporting
Business transformation
Information and Communication Technology
Human resources
Governance
Risk management
Records management
Leasing and property
Media and communications

He has tertiary qualifications from Deakin University, majoring in Accounting, Business Law and Economics. He has spent over 20 years in local government in both South Australia and Victoria.
