The Business Transformation Strategy 2022-26 will build upon the work undertaken to date and continue to guide the organisation towards delivery of improved services to the community taking advantage of the latest available technologies, ensuring council is connected, customer focused, and outcome driven.

The Plan and Prospectus supports the attraction of private investment particularly, to optimise the visitor economy across the region. It sends a clear signal to the private sector of the opportunities that exist and provides Council will the necessary evidence, including visitation, attraction and accommodation data to successfully attract private sector investment in tourism infrastructure.

The plan clearly documents Council's approach to controlling fraud at both strategic and operational levels and the actions and responsibilities for implementation and monitoring of key fraud control measures.

The Civic Precinct Plan 2014 works towards a vision for St Arnaud, articulating a plan for investment and project delivery in line with community needs and expectations. It includes actions that will support St Arnaud to communicate its values and history more widely, involve a wide range of the community and act as an invitation to visitors to experience the town.

This Plan assists the Northern Grampians Shire to plan, implement
and partner with other groups to provide and facilitate early
childhood care and education programs in the municipality.

The strategy documents guides the planning, acquisition, operation and maintenance, renewal and disposal of assets to maximise asset service delivery potential and manage related risks and costs over their lives.

The Lord Nelson Park St Arnaud Precinct Plan 2015-24 has been set up to deliver a long term plan for Lord Nelson Park with a focus on engagement, infrastructure requirements, facility design, leadership, governance and investment.

Governance Rules provide a mechanism to facilitate the good government of the council with respect to the conduct of meetings, keeping of meeting records, the election of the Mayor and declaration of conflicts of interest.

The St Arnaud Community Plan is a community 'place plan' that provides the community vision for St Arnaud to guide strategic direction for community led initiatives, alignment to council's strategic plans, and to guide decision making for infrastructure, community programs and service delivery.

The Strategy will be used by council as a mechanism to prioritise future investment and development of hard and soft sport and recreation infrastructure across Northern Grampians. It has been developed in parallel with the complementary Open Space and Active Transport Strategy, ensuring that council develops initiatives, programs and facilities consistently across the Shire.
