This year it is the 40th anniversary of the Pomonal Native Flower show.

Its aim is to showcase hundreds of named native flower species, all picked from local gardens, and to help promote the growing of native plants.
This year Edible Australian plants are being featured, along with Clarence Slockee from Gardening Australia to open the show and hold presentations each day at 12pm.
Peppermint Ridge Farm Native Foods are also in attendance with Julie and Anthony Hooper who will be selling many Australian edible plants and doing talks both days at 2pm on the growing and use of native edibles.
Visitors can buy native plants, gardening, botany and nature books, as well as refreshments. There will also be many market stalls.
