The Northern Grampians Shire Council Flood Recovery Plan will guide both council and local residents to design and implement activities, programs, and projects required by the Glenorchy community as a result of the October 2022 floods.

A community BBQ was held on 29 July to provide residents an opportunity to meet new people or catch up with old friends. It was a chance for the Glenorchy community and surrounds to mingle towards a more connected and resilient community.
