Our building and planning teams have implemented a new and simple permit application process called Greenlight. The Greenlight Online Permit Manager will allow you to submit and pay for your applications online, receive correspondence by email and monitor the status of your applications from start to finish. E-Waste is anything with a plug, cord or batteries. E-waste is banned from going to landfill.
E-waste is being accepted at drop-off points throughout the shire.

All forms of e-waste (anything with a plug, cord or batteries) is currently free to deposit at the St Arnaud Transfer Station.
Help us out! Please make sure you place your e-waste into its correct bin. This will make the sorting and processing step much easier, and the recycling much more efficient.
NOTE: Items that require degassing (fridges, freezers and air conditioners) will still come with a fee.

There is a Deposit Box located in the foyer at the Stawell Town Hall. This deposit box will accept any small e-waste items that can fit through the cut-outs in the top. Anything that doesn't fit in the Deposit Box must be taken to a transfer station.
