At St Arnaud Early Learning Centre, we are inclusive and warmly welcome all children and families to the centre. We strongly value and respect the relationships we form with children, families, and the local community.
St Arnaud Early Learning Centre Kindergarten has been providing high quality kindergarten services for more than 50 years. The facility was redeveloped in 2004 and features contemporary facilities with integrated early childhood programs catering for children from birth to school age.
The three and four-year-old kindergarten environment provides a stimulating and open indoor, outdoor setting developed to stimulate children to explore and engage. Our play-based curriculum lead by bachelor-qualified teachers fosters opportunities for children to create, experiment, discover, explore, investigate, express ideas, and solve problems with the support of their teachers. The kindergarten plans various incursions and excursions throughout the year encompassing a bush kinder experience, school orientation program, sport, music and animals/wildlife themes.
Our three- and four-year-old kindergarten programs consists of 15 hours of funded kindergarten per week for each child. The sessions consist of two sessions per child of 7.5 hours each week: 8.30am - 4pm.
Daycare is available for children before and after kindergarten sessions.
St Arnaud Early Learning Centre aims to support all areas of learning and development, instill a sense of worth and assurance in every child, preparing them for a smooth transition to school life and beyond.
